As a young professional I was looking for a secure building with undercover parking, high-end amenities, in a great location! Not an easy thing to find in the greater Burlington area. I was thrilled to find Clock Tower Square. It is all that and more. The building is properly maintained and cared for. It's incredibly quiet and safe. The Diemer duo are incredible landlords- responsive and caring. This is a great place to be!

Clock Tower Square is a great place to live! The location is awesome! It is within walking distance there is access to grocery stores, clothing stores, restaurants, fitness facilities, bike/running paths, and auto care needs! The other tenants are friendly, respectful and quiet. And, last but not least, the Diemer's are very friendly and attentive landlords.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Mike & Jill Diemer for allowing us to rent a suite at Clock Tower Square. Their property is clean and well maintained. The other occupants are nice as well as quiet. The laundry room has plenty of machines and is very clean. The grounds and garage well lit and safe.
I would highly recommend renting from the Diemer's. They have always been available to lend assistance if necessary.

The Diemers take pride in their building and in their relationship with the tenants and it shows. Communication is easy and prompt. They are responsive to the needs of a tenant. This is a quiet, well managed apartment in the most convenient of locations. Nearly everything is within easy walking distance, wonderful walking/biking trails, a bus stop right outside, and only 2 miles to Church St. Excellent laundry room. You can't go wrong.

Clock Tower Square is truly a place that I can call home. The building is gorgeous and in a great location. The Diemer's are extremely attentive and keep everything in pristine condition making it an ideal living situation.

Jill and Mike have been unconditionally approachable and helpful since I moved in at Clock Tower Square. They take incredible care of both their properties and their tenants. I know I am in good hands!

Clock Tower Square and the Diemer’s epitomize what a rental situation should be. The Diemer’s manage their own properties and tenants are treated with the highest level of respect. I can say as the first and longest tenant of Clock tower Square. The Diemer’s don’t give lip service they are the real deal. I personally would like to thank Mike and Jill for allowing me the opportunity to experience what being a tenant in a quality rental should be. I look forward to renewing my lease in Au
